Who Should Take an Online Course?
It’s ideal for anyone in workplaces, community organizations, or personal settings who needs to manage emergencies, especially those in healthcare, childcare, education, or outdoor activities.
How Do I Access My Course?
As soon as your course fees are paid in full, you will receive an email with your login credentials and detailed instructions to access our e-learning platform
Are There Prerequisites or Language Requirements?
To enroll in our Short Courses, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number.
- Provide 100 points of identification (ID).
- Possess adequate language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) skills.
If you face challenges with language, literacy, numeracy, or have special needs, please contact our training support staff before enrolling. They will guide you on the support services we offer.
Can I Take More than One Course at a Time?
Yes, you can enroll in multiple short courses simultaneously. However, please ensure that your practical class schedules do not overlap
What should I do if I partially filled out the enrollment form but didn’t complete the payment?
If you partially completed the enrollment form but did not finish the payment section, you should have received an email with access details for your Student Portal. Use the information in that email to log in to your Student Portal and complete the payment from there.
My Payment Did Not Go Through. What Do I Do?

Are the courses accredited?
Yes, upon completion, you will receive a nationally recognised statement of attainment.
